The form collects your name, email address, destination, dates and the information you choose to share to help plan your stay.

Your stay inquiry

This information is stored in the website’s management area so our team can process your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a booking or initiate any payment.

Access and privacy

Inquiries can only be accessed by the account authorized to manage the collection. The form does not sign you up for any newsletter. The site uses no advertising tools.

Follow-up emails

If a stay inquiry goes unanswered, we may write to you at most twice (the next day, then three days later) to help you with your plans. Each email includes a link to stop receiving them. Once a booking is confirmed, we send you a short questionnaire to prepare your arrival; your answers are shared only with our team.

Cookies and audience measurement

Cookies that are essential for the site to work are set without consent: display language, partner area session and your cookie choices (6 months).

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and how well our pages perform (pages viewed, inquiries sent, bookings, clicks to call, email or WhatsApp). Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, advertising signals are turned off and data is kept for 14 months at most. This data may be processed by Google in the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.

Without your consent, no measurement tool is loaded. You can accept, decline or change your choice at any time; your choice is kept for 6 months.
