In the collection, a private chef can be booked at Grand View, the six-bedroom estate on the Simpson Bay Lagoon in St Martin, and on board the Saint-Barth Yachting boats from Gustavia. Menus, meal times and dietary preferences are planned with your concierge before you arrive.
Grand View, St Martin: a chef at the villa
At Grand View, a private chef is available as an option, on reservation. A villa host is also included up to 7 hours a day, 6 days a week, and prepares and serves a continental breakfast.
The estate has an outdoor kitchen and generous living spaces for long dinners facing the lagoon. Tell your concierge about allergies, favorite dishes and the rhythm of your days: the menus are built around them.
St Barts: a chef on board
Saint-Barth Yachting offers a private chef on board, with lunch or dinner options depending on the boat and the formula chosen.
Guadeloupe: breakfast at the villa
At Bonheur Indigo in Le Moule, breakfast can be served at your villa: hot drinks, pastries, juice and fruit, at €35 per person per day according to the brochure, to be confirmed.
