Traveling to St Barts as a large group? Sweet Hill offers another way to stay together: six independent houses on one estate in Petite Saline, sleeping 26 guests in 13 bedrooms when booked side by side, so everyone shares the days and keeps their own space.
How many guests, in which houses
Three villas of 6 guests (Kaye, Cali, Rosa), one of 4 (Alba) and two studios for 2 (Bali, Piña): 26 guests in 13 bedrooms in total, subject to the availability of each house.
- Up to 10 guests: Villa Kaye with Studio Bali and Studio Piña, five bedrooms.
- Up to 12 guests: two 3-bedroom villas, for example Villa Cali and Villa Rosa.
- Up to 26 guests: the six houses of the estate.
Why several houses work well for groups
Each family or couple has its own house, kitchen and pool, while the whole group stays on the same estate for shared meals and celebrations.
Villa Kaye, with its large terrace, pool table and private gym, makes a natural meeting point. For a day together at sea, the Lagoon 55 catamaran of Saint-Barth Yachting welcomes up to 25 guests from Gustavia.

- Grand View, St Martin: six en-suite bedrooms for 12 guests on the Simpson Bay Lagoon, with a private chef on request.
